1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard Credit and Debit Cardholders.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard Credit and Debit cards.

3. All Sampath Mastercard Credit and Debit Cardholders are eligible for 70% discount on Food up to Rs. 525 on orders above Rs. 750.

4. The offer is applicable only if the user has an active PickMe PASS subscription.

5. Offer is valid every Monday, Friday & Saturday from 07th to 28th July 2025, 6:00 - 7:00 PM.

6. The offer will be served on a first come first serve basis.

7. Due to popular demand the offer may come to an end before the stated time on the specific day.

8. This offer is valid for only one transaction per cardholder on the offer day and 4 transactions within the promotional period.

9. Minimum order value to avail Free Delivery is Rs. 333 on PickMe Food.

10. Mastercard shall assume no responsibility for the quality of service/products provided.

11. Mastercard reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the Rules, Terms, and Conditions applicable to this offer at any given time without prior notice to Cardholders.

12. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offer.

13. In the event of any dispute or difference the decision of Mastercard shall be final and conclusive.

14. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to the same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

15. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Partners shall apply.

16. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

17. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion

18. If any dispute arises regarding these terms and conditions, it will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism agreed between PickMe and Mastercard.

19. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other promotions provided by PickMe or Mastercard unless stated otherwise.

20. PickMe and Mastercard has the right to withhold the offer from users who are found to be misusing the promotion, where misuse shall include, but not be limited to, fraudulent transactions, multiple accounts, or any other activity intended to unfairly benefit from the offer.
