How to activate this service

Option 1: Access Sampath ATMs enabled with the Cardless Cash facility with your both Visa and Mastercard cards and register for the service by selecting options on the ATM screen in the following manner.

Other Services > Cardless Cash facility > Activate Cardless Cash > Accept the agreement.

Option 2: You may access the service by visiting the nearest Sampath Bank branch and registering your mobile phone number.

Option 3: If your Sampath Debit Card is retained in the ATM (other than due to a PIN error), you may activate the Cardless Cash Facility for a single transaction by calling our Customer Care Centre on 0112 303050.

How to withdraw money upon activation of service:

• At Sampath ATMs enabled with the Cardless Cash facility choose the “Cardless Cash” option and enter your NIC number (without the letter) into the ATM.
• Enter your ATM PIN or the PIN number you receive on your mobile phone.
• Collect cash.

Fee Structure

This service is given free of charge subject to the transaction fee structure given below which is applicable to all debit cards.

• ‘ATM Card PIN’ mode - Prevailing transaction fee structure is applicable for debit cards.
• ‘Mobile PIN’ mode - Prevailing commissions are applicable for Mobile Cash transactions.
