1. This offer will be valid for Sampath Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Mastercard World Credit Cardholders & Sampath Bank American Express Platinum Ultramiles Credit Cardmembers.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with Sampath Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Mastercard World Credit Cardholders & Sampath Bank American Express Platinum Ultramiles Credit Cardmembers.

3. Family membership includes husband and wife and two children under 18 years age.

4. Breakfast Buffet offer at Graze Kitchen only applicable for the eligible Sampath Bank Credit Cardholder.

5. The 15% discount on the total bill at Hilton Colombo outlets (excluding Café Kai) is applicable for a maximum of six (06) guests per visit per eligible Sampath Bank Credit Cardholder.

6. All other Hilton Colombo Gym Membership rules, regulations, and usage guidelines shall remain in full force and apply to Sampath Bank cardholders availing of this membership offer.

7. Sampath Bank cardholders are required to comply with the standard terms as set forth by Hilton Colombo.

8. Offers cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

9. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

10. Spending made under the above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards Loyalty points.

11. The general terms & conditions of Sampath Bank & Hilton Colombo shall apply.

12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
