Terms & Conditions

1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Visa Infinite Credit Card.

3. The offer is open to all individuals holding a valid Visa Infinite Credit Card issued in their name.

4. All bookings to be made only by way of online reservations made through a dedicated promotion landing page.

5. The Promotion discount for up to 10% + 20% which in total is capped at USD300 per eligible transaction, on first come first served basis. Note that the up to 10% discount is applied directly to the per night price for select accommodations and the up to 20% discount will be applied at checkout page for select accommodations.

6. The Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.

7. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).

8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).

9. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

10. VISA shall assume no responsibility for the quality of service/products provided.

11. VISA reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the Rules, Terms, and Conditions applicable to this offer at any given time without prior notice to Cardholders.

12. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Visa and/or Agoda shall be final.

13. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the merchants and any claim by the Cardholder against the merchants will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

14. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and VISA shall apply.

15. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

16. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion
