1. This offer is applicable only for all Sampath Mastercard & Visa Credit & Debit Cardholders for bookings made through www.crazyjets.com (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit or Debit Card.

3. Offer is valid for packages purchased till 31st May 2025 and valid for travel till 31st October 2025.

4. All tour packages are subject to availability at the time of booking. There may be certain dates during which hotel accommodation and airline inventory are limited or unavailable due to high demand, peak travel periods, or operational constraints. In such cases, alternative options may be suggested, or travel dates may need to be adjusted.Standard check-in and checkout times vary based on the property.

5. Passenger must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining relevant Visas, other authorizations and documents required for travel.

6. Any additional charges and expenses incurred beyond the fixed package price shall be borne by the cardholder. The CrazyJets team must inform the cardholder of all such additional charges prior to departure.

7. This offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

8. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods or services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

9. The Bank shall not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred by the cardholder beyond the fixed price agreed for the package. It is the responsibility of the CrazyJets team to inform the cardholder in advance about any such extra charges, obtain their acknowledgment before proceeding with the payment, and handle all related inquiries or concerns directly with the cardholder, ensuring that no such issues are escalated to the Bank.

10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

11. Other general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank PLC and inqbaytor shall apply.

12. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
