1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard World Credit Cardholders.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard Credit Card.

3. The offer is open to all individuals holding a valid Mastercard World Credit Card issued in their name.

4. The cardholder must use their Mastercard World Credit Card to make the booking and payment to avail of the offer.

5. Applicable for Mastercard World Credit Card holders only. 

6. Bookings must be made directly through 0770379421 (Kalum).

7. Cardholder must be present at the duration of booked stay period for the offer to be valid.

8. Offers cannot be combined or clubbed with any other ongoing promotions. Each offer stands independently and is subject to its specific Terms and Conditions

9. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

10. Offer is non-refundable & Blackout dates will apply.

11. The discount will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

12. Reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.

13. Mastercard shall assume no responsibility for the quality of service/products provided.

14. Mastercard reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the Rules, Terms, and Conditions applicable to this offer at any given time without prior notice to Cardholders.

15. The offer will not be applicable on pre-confirmed bookings made prior to the promotional dates.

16. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offer.

17. In the event of any dispute or difference the decision of Mastercard shall be final and conclusive.

18. The general credit card Terms & Conditions of Mastercard shall apply to this offer.

19. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

20. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Hotel shall apply.

21. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
