1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard and Visa Credit Cardholders (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit Card.

3. Reservations to be made in advance by way of making a call to the hotel reservations.

4. The offer will not be applicable for reservations made through any other platforms.

5. This promotion is not applicable for room only reservations.

6. Offer is non-refundable.

7. Reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.

8. Cardholder must be present at the duration of booked stay period for the offer to be valid.

9. Discount will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

10. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

11. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

12. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

13. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards loyalty points.

14. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and the partner hotel shall apply.

15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

16. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

17. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
