1. This offer is applicable only for all Sampath Mastercard & Visa Credit Cardholders for bookings made through www.crazyjets.com (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit card.

3. Offer is valid for tickets purchased from 02nd to 31st May 2025 and valid for travel on any period.

4. The travel should originate from Bandaranayke international Airport.

5. Maximum Discount will be capped at Rs.50,000/- per Cardholder during the promotional period.

6. The Promotion is not applicable for child ticket purchases and the tickets purchased under the promotion cannot be resold and are non-refundable.

7. Bookings need to be made and confirmed at least 3 days prior to departure and Bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. This offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

9. Prices are subject to availability and may vary without prior notice and not guaranteed until payment has been made in full or tickets have been issued.

10. Discount flight fare is not applicable for offline bookings, low cost airline carriers and everyday low category flights.

11. Any amendments or cancellations made following the issuance of a ticket may incur- cancellation charges, penalties and a fare difference if applicable.

12. Visa, meals, baggage, seat allocation and bassinets are not included unless otherwise specified.

13. Passenger/s must possess valid travel documents and is/are responsible for obtaining relevant Visas, other authorizations and documents required for travel.

14. The discount is applied only on the base fare of the air ticket price excluding all applicable taxes & surcharges.

15. All tickets & bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms & conditions.

16. The fares include all taxes, fees and surcharges and are subject to change without any prior notice due to currency fluctuations.

17. Airline penalties may apply for any other changes.

18. The Air Tickets purchased under special fare conditions may not be refundable.

19. The Expenses/losses incurred after the issuance of tickets as a result of flight changes, cancellations, delays, luggage losses, natural disasters, supplier/airlines insolvency etc. is not covered by Crazy Jets . Please refer to the respective airlines Conditions of Carriage.

20. The promotion Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

21. The offer will be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the respective partner establishments.

22. All instalment amounts paid are non-refundable and each instalment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.

23. Once submitted, the details of the instalment plan requested cannot be changed and full or part acceleration is not allowed.

24. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods or services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

25. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

26. Other general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank Plc and Crazy Jets shall apply.

27. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
