1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Credit & Sampath Debit Cardholders (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Credit or Sampath Debit Card.

3. Offers valid only for standard tickets at SplashBay (Water park) @ Pearl Bay till 31st December 2025.

4. This Offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

5. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods / services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Merchant and any claim by the Cardholder against the Merchant will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

6. Spending made under above promotions will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty points.

7. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank & Pearl Bay shall apply.

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
