1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders and Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Cardmembers (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit or Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card.

3. Rates are valid on double & triple only on full board basis in accordance with the standard policy of the hotel.

4. Blackout periods will apply.

5. Offer extended only for direct bookings made via www.cinnamonhotels.com and calling the central reservations number.

6. Reservations are non-transferable.

7. This offer is only applicable for Kandy Myst by Cinnamon property.

8. Cardholder is required to submit the Credit Card & a valid NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes, otherwise the Best Available Rate of the day will be applied.

9. The offer is not valid to group or corporate bookings.

10. Reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.

11. Offer will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

12. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

13. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

14. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Hotels and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotels will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

15. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards loyalty points.

16. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Partner Hotel shall apply.

17. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

18. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

19. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion
