1. The offer will be only valid for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit/Debit Cardholders & Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Cardmembers (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit/Debit Card or Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card.

3. All bookings to be made only by way of calling the central reservations.

4. 50% mandatory Non Refundable advance deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking.

5. Offer is non-refundable.

6. Maximum no of rooms per card is 03.

7. Offer is valid for Half Board & Full Board bookings Only.

8. Cardholder must be present at the duration of booked stay period for the offer to be valid.

9. The offer will not be applicable for reservations made through any other platforms.

10. Reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.

11. Discount will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

12. The partner hotel may restrict certain services/facilities as per the health guidelines and protocols.

13. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

14. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

15. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to the same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with Hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

16. Expenditure made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards loyalty points.

17. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Partner shall apply.

18. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

19. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

20. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
