1. In order to enjoy the promotions, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard/Visa Credit, Debit card or Sampath American Express Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card where applicable (Discounts will not be applicable for Corporate Cards).

2. Vision Care - This discount cannot be coupled with any other promotions or discounts from Vision Care. When purchasing spectacles, the offer is eligible only when the customer is purchasing the whole spectacle (Lenses+Frame). This offer is not valid for Balance payments of orders placed prior to the promotion period.

3. Cool Planet - Discount is applicable only up to a maximum bill value of Rs.35,000/- per Cardholder during the promotional period. Discount will be applicable for Selected brands and products. Certain brands will be excluded from the promotion.

4. US.POLO - Discount is applicable up to a maximum bill value of Rs.50,000/- per cardholder during the promotional period and cannot combine with other ongoing offers.

5. DSI Premier- Discount is applicable only up to a maximum bill value of Rs.50,000/- per cardholder during the promotional period. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. School shoes are not included in the promotion.

6. Dilly and Carlo - Discount is applicable only up to a maximum bill value of Rs.35,000/- per cardholder during the promotional period.

7. Hameedia - Cannot combine with other ongoing offers. Excluded items – Suits, Blazers, Fabric, Tailoring, Sherwani, Consignment items, already discounted items, and gift vouchers, are EXCLUDED from the offer and General conditions apply.

23. KFC - Discount is applicable only up to maximum bill value of Rs.10,000/-. Discount is applicable only for the orders above Rs.2,500/.Offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

24. Colombo Steak House - Discount is valid only up to a maximum bill value of Rs.30,000/- per Cardholder

25. Scope - Maximum 01 ticket per cardholder during the offer period (Pay for 1 ticket and get 1 free ticket). Valid for the both online platform and counter purchases.

26. Offers cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

27. Offers will not applicable for Gift voucher purchases.

28. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods or services purchased and any dispute relating to the same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/ her obligation or repayment to the bank.

29. Expenditure made under the above promotions will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards / Ultramiles Loyalty points.

31. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
