What is it?
- SMS ALERTZ is a messaging facility, which will dispatch customer account transactions via   SMS to their mobile phones, based on predefined parameters.

- It is not a two way communication system between the Bank and the customer.

Who is eligible?
- Sampath Bank Savings / Current Account holders.
- Dialog GSM / Etisalat / Mobitel mobile phone users with SMS facility.
- Agrees to pay an annual fee of Rs. 250/-.

What are the benefits?
- This facility will keep Sampath Bank personal account holders informed via SMS about their    day-to-day transactions on all of their accounts, including

- Credit / Debit transactions executed
- Utility Bill Payments executed
- ATM transactions executed
- Import Bills Received
- Credit Card Transactions
- Unsuccessful Loan Installments
- Standing Orders not being executed successfully
- Inward Cheques not honoured due to lack of funds
- Outward Cheques Returned
- Expiry of Overdraft limits
