What is it?
Sampath SET Family Card, the latest value addition to the SET card, would allow their immediate family members to use supplementary cards against the main card holder’s account, subject to a predefined monthly limit.

A maximum daily withdrawal limit of the card would be Rs. 80,000/- (subject to the predefined monthly limit) for both ATM and POS transactions where a separate Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be issued to the family member for added security.

Who is eligible?
Sampath Bank personal account holder (excluding X-SET account holders) are eligible to apply for the SET Family Card on behalf of their immediate family members. In a case of a joint account, all joint account holders must authorize the appointment of the family member.

What are the benefits?
• Convenience of having a family member having access to the account in case of an    emergency.
• Ability to check on the transactions performed by the family members.
• Ability to mark up a maximum upper monthly limit for withdrawals/POS transactions.
• Ability of obtaining any number of cards on behalf of the family members.
