For Whom?
All registered and new students who wish to apply for Master of Management in HR offered by the Institute of Personal Management (IPM) in collaboration with University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia and Diploma in Professional studies in HRM by IPM.

Eligibility
- Should be a Sri Lankan Citizen
- Age less than 50 years.
- Eligible to follow the said courses: IPM should give a letter confirming that the applicant is eligible to follow the particular course.
- The applicant should have a Current/Savings account with us & those who do not ….have accounts can open Current/Savings account for this purpose.

Loan Amount:
- Masters of Management (HRM) Degree LKR 500,000
- Professional studies in HRM – LKR 80,000

Period of Repayment:
- Masters of Management (HRM) Degree – 3 years
   in 36 equated monthly installments without a grace period.
- Professional studies in HRM – 2 years
   in 24 equated monthly instalments without a grace period.

Documents Required by the Bank
- Preliminary Application for loan facilities
- Documentary evidence on repayment capacity
- Letter from IPM confirming that the applicant is eligible to follow the relevant Programme.
- Guarantors’ statement, together with documentary evidence of income/tax particulars.

Security:
- Applicant to provide Joint and several guarantee of two individuals acceptable to
   the bank.
