Sampath Bank issues Affinity Cards to OBA members of St. Thomas College Mount Lavinia & Bandarawela, Ananda College Colombo 10, Visaka Vidyalaya Colombo 04, Royal College Colombo 07, Trinity College Kandy and Ceylon Hotel School.
This program is focused on providing financial benefits to these Associations by way of sharing the Card fees between the association and the Bank, which ultimately goes for the development of the school / association. If you are a member of any one of the above Old Boys Association / Old Girls Association / Professional body help your Alma Mater by obtaining an Affinity Card.

first Sri Lankan VISA Affinity card for an Old Girl's Association.

The
Official Launching Ceremony of the above Card took place on
31st January 2002. There are two types of cards are
issued under this scheme. Unlike for
other cards the eligibility criteria has been relaxed, where
a VVOGA member who earns more than Rs. 40,000 per month could
be considered for the Gold category. Members who are housewives
could apply for the card with their Spouses as supplementary
Cardholders and will be considered according to the spouse's
income. |
